By accessing or using Mixy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Mixy is a collaborative music creation platform that allows users to create, mix, and share sound compositions in real-time with other users.
You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of original compositions you create using Mixy. By sharing content within the App (e.g., in public studios), you grant Mixy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users of the App.

The App, including its design, code, sound libraries, and branding, is owned by the Mixy team and protected by intellectual property laws. The built-in sound samples are licensed for use within the App only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
